Day 5
.

Hello Everbody.  First let me say I apologize for not getting these on in a timely manner.  There was very limited time and access to the internet in Honduras, and very little time since I have been home, but anyways here goes with the next day of the trip.

Thursday we took a much needed break.  We all got up around 6:00am and got on the bus and headed for a place called "The Valley of the Angels" in English.  I still can't speak Spanish very well.  The bus ride was three hours through the country side.  I really appreciate smooth, straight roads now.  After getting there we picked up on of the local pastors wife and daughter and spent an enjoyable day getting to know them.  This little town was set up for tourists.  As you walked along the cobblestone streets, they were lined with shops that you could buy souveniers.  It was a good down day for us.  After eating lunch there and doing a little shopping it was back on the bus and another ride back to the hotel room where we changed and went to the nightlhy meetings with Alfredo giving us the word of God.  He reallly should go back to the ministry.  This day is a little short because all we did was shop a little and listen to John and Alfredo.  As always, know that God was with us and God will always be with each of you as we wait for the Lords Second Coming.  Have a good evening.
