Day 6
.

Friday Jeff and Nancy finished up their very successfull cooking school.  They had an average of 125 people per day pay a small fee to come and learn how to live better.  It was good how healthy living and the bible were combined to reach these people.  Angie also wrapped up her program for the kids, unfortunately I never got the opportunity to personally see her program, but by all accounts it was also a success.  The medical team worked in the same town as the nightly meetings were held.  While Thursday we ministered to the Adventist members of that town, Friday we opened the doors to the public.  It is truly amazing how little medical attention the average person in Honduras gets.  It truly was a blessing to see the medical team help over 1230 people for the week.  Before we got to Honduras, Alfredo was told to expect to see around 500 people for the week.  As you can see the Lord really used us to help much more than we could ever have imagined.  Friday night we also saw around 6 souls say they wanted  to turn their lives over to God by baptism.  What a blessing Alfredo has been to both the people of Honduras and to us.  Some of the pictures you see is the local school children putting on a program in the town square.  It was enjoyable to see them preform.  Please keep coming back and I will eventually have the week accomplished.  God bless you.
